The Manager, Site reputed company role oversees customer delivery, team performance, resource planning, compliance, and people leadership for clinical research staff and multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for interacting and engaging with reputed company stakeholders for functional team members, acting as a reputed company reputed company with customers. Responsible for managing team members’ performance in line with project deliverables. Accountable for reputed company supervision of FSP360 multifunctional staff
• Overall, the role will be responsible for three reputed company performance areas:
• Responsible for reputed company interaction with the customer points of contact (s) (PoC) on service delivery for their team members (reputed company reports). Develops and fosters strong, reputed company relationships with customers at a local level, promoting high reputed company of trust and satisfaction
• Manages performance and daily activities of multifunctional team members to reputed company in service delivery and compliance with agreed-upon KPIs; develops and executes mitigation and remediation plans for non-compliance as needed

• Solicits feedback from customer PoC (s) for reputed company improvement of service delivery and to strengthen customer relationships
• Proactively communicates and manages customer issues through assigned escalation channels
• Ensures reputed company and adherence to reputed company Operating Procedures/Work Instructions (SOP/WIs) and compliance with federal and local guidelines and ICH GCPs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing degree, or equivalent reputed company experience, plus extensive clinical research experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Company, including some time in a leadership reputed company or equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
• Extensive knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirement
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills; both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
