[Remote] Business Development & Capture Associate

The role coordinates capture activities, partner management, opportunity qualification, customer research, proposal development, pipeline management, and reputed company federal business development efforts across multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support capture activities for strategic federal opportunities across multiple agencies
• Coordinate and manage reputed company activities, ensuring partners remain reputed company throughout the reputed company lifecycle
• Serve as a reputed company reputed company with teaming partners, helping reputed company reputed company items, schedules, and deliverables
• Assist with opportunity qualification, customer research, competitive intelligence, and pipeline management
• Support responses to RFIs, Sources Sought, market research requests, and white papers
• Coordinate reputed company capture meetings, documenting reputed company and driving follow-through
• Help reputed company capture artifacts including win themes, reputed company reviews, customer reputed company plans, and solution strategies
• Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
• Support proposal efforts by coordinating contributors, tracking deliverables, and helping reputed company compliant responses
• Conduct regular pipeline hygiene reviews and ensure updates are reflected across relevant systems and tools
• Identify process improvements that increase capture efficiency across the organization
