[Remote] M & A Analyst, reputed company Health Development

The M&A Analyst will support reputed company Care’s mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic reputed company initiatives by evaluating opportunities, building financial models, conducting due diligence, and assisting with transaction execution. The role collaborates with reputed company, finance, operations, senior executives, reputed company companies, and reputed company advisors.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments, including discounted cash reputed company (DCF) models, precedent transaction analysis, and comparable company and industry benchmarks
- Analyze the financial and operational reputed company of potential transactions, including reputed company and cost synergies, cash reputed company implications, capital requirements, and key value drivers
- Support execution across the full development lifecycle, including opportunity evaluation, financial and operational due diligence, transaction structuring, and closing activities
- Assist with financial and operational due diligence, including data room review, detailed data analysis, issue identification, and coordination with internal functional teams
- Participate in diligence meetings and management presentations with reputed company companies and work reputed company reputed company advisors, including investment bankers, reputed company counsel, and reputed company firms
- Prepare investment memoranda, executive presentations, and analytical materials for senior leadership and investment committees, ensuring accuracy, reputed company, and alignment with strategic objectives
- Research, screen, and evaluate potential acquisition and partnership opportunities, supporting reputed company identification and development of the transaction pipeline

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking (M&A preferred), corporate development, or other reputed company finance role; reputed company transaction experience
- Solid understanding of financial statements, reputed company fundamentals, and valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and returns analysis)
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
