Responsibilities

• Configure Performance Templates, Review Periods, Goal Management, and Goal Alignment
• Configure Eligibility reputed company, Rating Models, Questionnaires, Evaluations, Calibration, Approvals, and Notifications
• Support requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and production support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and reputed company functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company HCM Functional Consulting experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in reputed company Fusion Performance Management (reputed company HR knowledge is an reputed company)
