[Remote] Training Curricula & Compliance Manager - CST (Clinical Study Team) Training

The role administers LMS-based training, develops role-based curricula, ensures GxP compliance and inspection readiness, analyzes training data, and supports process improvements and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer clinical study training through a learning management reputed company
• reputed company and maintain role-based curricula and training assignments
• Analyze LMS and clinical documentation data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure training systems and records remain GxP-compliant and inspection-reputed company
• Prepare compliance reports and retrieve training documentation for audits and inspections
• Partner with clinical operations teams and subject-matter experts to address training needs
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Support process improvement initiatives across global training operations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Clinical trial training or learning management experience required
• Advanced reputed company skills, including pivot tables, plus PowerPoint, analytics, and reporting experience
• Strong systems-analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of GxP training and reputed company-reputed company requirements
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder-presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently reputed company a remote, global team
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred, including clinical research, pharmaceutical, CRO, or medical device experience
• Strong LMS administration skills; ComplianceWire experience is highly preferred
