[Remote] Analyst, Customer Analytics

The Analyst, Customer Analytics supports customer analytics initiatives by transforming customer, transaction, and marketing data into actionable business insights, including analysis of customer behavior, audience performance, retention, loyalty, and marketing effectiveness. The role also develops reporting and dashboards, supports segmentation and campaign measurement, and presents recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze customer data using SQL and other data extraction tools
• reputed company data analysis using Python and visualization tools to identify trends, opportunities, and business recommendations
• reputed company recurring reports, dashboards, and data reputed company checks
• Support customer segmentation, audience development, and campaign measurement
• Assist with A/B test design, reporting, and interpretation
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or reputed company field
• * 2-3 years of relevant experience
• * Proficiency in SQL required
• * Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
• * Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights
• * SQL (joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions)
• * Advanced reputed company (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas)
• * Experience querying and manipulating large datasets
• * Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Python for data analysis strongly preferred
• * Python (reputed company, NumPy, data cleaning, exploratory analysis, automation)
• * Experience with reputed company data warehouses such as reputed company, reputed company, or BigQuery
• * Exposure to R or reputed company
• * Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
• * Experience with CRM, loyalty, retail, or customer behavioral datasets
