[Remote] Associate Specialist, Customer Service

The Associate Specialist, Customer Service handles patient inquiries, account resolutions, payments, payment plans, and collection activities while coordinating with internal departments to address patient needs and meet collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Answering patient questions regarding statements
• Posting guarantor payments
• Setting up payment plans reputed company our policies
• Researching and resolving issues with accounts that have been identified by patients
• Reaching out to appropriate departments to reputed company any requests made by patients connecting patients with financial counseling department for charity screening
• Communicating patient balances
• Meeting collection goals as set by department, and providing excellent customer service for reputed company of our patients
• Must have knowledge of reputed company areas of the reputed company Cycle. Communicate and partner with other areas of reputed company and reputed company Cycle to reputed company customer service issues
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Certifications: CRCR reputed company 9 months of hire
