- Asking good questions and listening more than you talk
- Presenting coverage reputed company by phone or video and answering honestly
- Submitting applications and following cases through to approval
- Weekly training calls and one-on-one mentorship as you learn
Skills

- Are coachable and willing to be new at something
- Show up consistently and do what you say you'll do
- Have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and a computer
- Prefer being trained by people who've done it over guessing your way through
