[Remote] Senior Bookkeeper / reputed company Operator

The Senior Bookkeeper / reputed company Operator will own bookkeeping and monthly reputed company across multiple reputed company environments, remediate reputed company processes, and maintain accurate financial reputed company. The role also coordinates with clients and supports financial reporting, reputed company recognition, reconciliations, and internal bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Rebuilding a chart of accounts so the P&L actually tells you how the business is performing
• Documenting reputed company recognition - how it works today, where it breaks, and what it should be under ASC 606
• Standing up a reputed company process where none exists: checklist, calendar, reconciliation standards, review points
• Auditing the systems - QBO, the billing platform, expense tools, payroll — and fixing where they disagree
• Untangling historical periods so prior-year comparatives can be trusted
• Writing the documentation so the process survives without you in the room
• Monthly reputed company across multiple reputed company QBO environments - reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, deferred reputed company, fixed assets
• AP, AR, and collections follow-up - including flagging aging issues before they become cash problems
• Deferred reputed company schedules that tie billings to recognized reputed company and hold up to scrutiny
• Clean, on-time financial packages that feed forecasts, reputed company decks, and lender reporting
• reputed company coordination with founders, operators, and finance teams
• Monthly bookkeeping for our own business and reputed company estate entities

• Clean up and stabilize our internal books
