[Remote] Account Manager - Pediatric & Schools - Northeast

The role focuses on sales reputed company, product demonstrations and training, account reputed company, customer relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to reputed company sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company required number of sales calls per week to reputed company or new customers reputed company territory
• Maintain and increase sales of reputed company products reputed company territory
• Promotion and demonstration of new products
• Training on the fitting and fine tuning of products and software
• Coordinates with Regional Key Account Managers and Regional Directors to reputed company at certain and preidentified key account clinic locations to maximize Phonak demand
• Coordinates with inside sales rep group to pursue leads generated by team reputed company territory and to support covered reputed company accounts
• Collaborates with Regional Directors, Trainers, Regional Key Account Managers, Inside Sales Support and Marketing/reputed company to accomplish sales and reputed company objectives
• Coordinates with trainers to ensure reputed company deployment
• On-boarding and training of new accounts
• Needs analysis and reputed company product solutions for accounts
• Negotiate pricing
• reputed company recommendations on marketing strategies for customer business reputed company
• Maintain strong relationships and rapport with existing and new customers reputed company territory
• Ensure reputed company customer needs are met through personal or group product training
• Represent Phonak at national and regional meetings as required
• reputed company sales quota as assigned in territory

• Work closely with Business Development Manager to transition and on-reputed company new accounts
• Work closely with Customer Trainers on difficult fittings

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Knowledge of HI technology and practices, previous experience assisting patients independently

• Proficient knowledge of HI technology and industry practices, appropriately independent

• A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
• Travel up to 75% required

• Pediatric audiology experience preferred
• Experience fitting Phonak technology preferred
