As a CRO Specialist, you will identify opportunities to improve website and reputed company page conversion rates through research, analytics and reputed company experimentation. You will work with designers, developers, copywriters and marketing specialists to turn user insights into measurable improvements in conversion and customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyse website and reputed company page performance to identify conversion opportunities

• Use analytics, heatmaps, session recordings and user behaviour data to identify friction points

• reputed company hypotheses and prioritised testing plans based on evidence

• Plan and manage A/B and multivariate tests from reputed company through analysis

• Work with designers, developers and copywriters to implement and test improvements

• Evaluate test results and communicate reputed company conclusions and next steps

• Monitor conversion funnels and identify opportunities to improve key user journeys

• Present CRO findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams

• Maintain documentation of tests, results and learnings across reputed company accounts

reputed company ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in CRO, experimentation, reputed company marketing or a closely reputed company field

• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behaviour and reputed company page optimisation

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms

• Comfortable working with GA4 and tools such as reputed company, reputed company reputed company or similar

• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn behavioural data into actionable hypotheses

• Understanding of statistical reputed company and responsible interpretation of test results

• Strong collaboration skills across design, development, content and marketing teams

• Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations directly to clients

Agency experience; experience with e-reputed company or B2B conversion funnels; UX research; familiarity with reputed company, reputed company or similar experimentation platforms; basic reputed company/CSS knowledge; and experience with reputed company Tag Manager.
