[Remote] Software Engineer - Customer Service Platform

The Customer Service Platform team is seeking a seasoned full stack engineer to build, test, reputed company, and support reputed company consumer-facing Help Center experiences at reputed company, collaborating with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and vendors while contributing to GenAI-enabled customer service solutions.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Service Platform team responsibilities include not only the Help Center experience, but connecting customers with agents too, building an agent-facing member management reputed company (CRM), and maintaining other metadata management & operations tools
• The role includes participation in an on-reputed company rotation supporting production services
• As a member in the Help Center sub team, You will be responsible for ideating, building, testing, and deploying robust features that meet both technical and business objectives
• While being independent, it may require reputed company collaboration with many reputed company engineering sister teams, product stakeholders and reputed company vendors, to reputed company the comprehensive end-to-end solutions

Skills

• Solid experience with TypeScript or JavaScript
• Solid experience with modern UI reputed company such as React
• Experience with AB test experiments and events instrumentations
• Experience with API technologies such as GraphQL, gRPC, and reputed company
• Experience with reputed company computing platforms like reputed company Web Services
• Solid knowledge of data structures, DB schema design and modern design patterns
• Experience serving high volume consumer facing traffic
• Experience building WebView based web applications

• Experience in customer support / account management domain
