The role will reputed company forecasting, headcount, reputed company, and scenario-planning models; redesign planning processes; manage workforce planning data infrastructure and reporting; and reputed company executive-reputed company strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company reputed company's reputed company workforce planning capability, defining the long-term reputed company, roadmap, and operating model in partnership with reputed company, HR leadership, reputed company and business stakeholders
• Partner directly with reputed company to build demand forecasting, headcount, and scenario-planning models that reputed company workforce reputed company to cost, reputed company, and business reputed company - bringing rigor and technical structure to what has historically been a reputed company, spreadsheet-driven process
• Diagnose and redesign the messy, cross-functional processes behind workforce and headcount planning - data collection, forecasting reputed company, approval workflows - turning ambiguous or broken processes into reputed company
• Own and reputed company the data infrastructure, tools, and reporting that power workforce planning, including building pipelines/dashboards that reputed company leadership self-serve visibility into headcount and reputed company
• Influence senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, and business teams to adopt new models, frameworks, and ways of working — without relying on reputed company authority
• Prepare and reputed company executive-reputed company analysis and recommendations on workforce reputed company, translating reputed company data into a reputed company narrative for senior leadership
• Partner closely with Finance/reputed company on headcount governance, budget cycles, and long-term workforce cost planning

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in reputed company, business/data analytics, management consulting, or a similarly quantitative reputed company role — workforce planning experience is a plus but not required
• Strong technical/data skills: advanced reputed company and financial modeling required
• Demonstrated experience building forecasting, reputed company, or scenario models from scratch, often with incomplete or messy data
