[Remote] Regional Reliability Engineering Manager – Western Lumber

The role partners with mill leaders and reliability teams, coaches maintenance personnel, and builds long-term technical capability through mentoring and training.
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve critical reliability and process challenges

- Support regional reliability strategies and capital improvement efforts

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, engineering, reputed company, or industrial technology
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent technical experience
- Reliability and maintenance strategies
- Process engineering and constraint management
- reputed company cause analysis (RCA)
- Preventive and predictive maintenance

- Experience using reputed company/CMMS systems, reliability data, and production metrics to reputed company reputed company

- Experience leading reliability improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations
