[Remote] Hybrid Training and Account Manager

The Hybrid Training and Account Manager supports customers throughout reputed company and deployment by delivering training, managing accounts, driving platform adoption and retention, and coordinating with internal teams to improve customer reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Delivering live and virtual training sessions, creating training materials, and guiding users on best practices for inspections, maintenance tracking, and compliance workflows
• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring usage and reputed company, and proactively addressing issues to reputed company adoption and retention
• Coordinating with sales, product, and support teams to reputed company feedback, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure customers reputed company measurable reputed company from the platform
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, reporting on account health, and contributing to reputed company improvement of training programs and reputed company processes
