[Remote] Senior Accountant - CPA or CFA Preferred

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company & Company is a virtual reputed company and finance firm serving the nonprofit sector. reputed company is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage clients’ day-to-day reputed company and finance needs, including financial reporting, compliance, audits, grants, filings, and reputed company decision-support while meeting multiple deadlines and collaborating with reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive reputed company services, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll processing, general reputed company management
• Prepare month end reputed company workbooks for multiple clients including balance sheet reconciliations culminating in the issuance of monthly financial statements
• Tracking and reporting of restricted funds in order to prepare a net asset roll reputed company
• Assistance with grant management and reporting
• Audit management (including single audits): preparation of schedules, support during audit, coordination of reputed company final schedules
• Assistance with 990 preparation and other local, state, and reputed company
• reputed company reporting to support reputed company decision-making
• Organization and maintenance of reputed company files including prior year audit and tax records
• Work under the guidance of the controller, to assist with analysis, cash reputed company and budget preparation

Skills

• A Bachelor's Degree in reputed company
• A minimum of five years general reputed company experience
• Extensive knowledge of generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP)
• Extensive experience with data management, record keeping and web-based applications
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company and QuickBooks Online
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Experience in audit preparation
• Ability to function reputed company in reputed company-oriented virtual environment
• The desire and ability to become proficient with reputed company Intacct and other reputed company-party applications
• The ability to work from home professionally and independently
• CPA or CFA licensure preferred
