[Remote] Business Development Manager, reputed company Storage - Mid reputed company or Northeast

The Business Development Manager, reputed company Storage will reputed company reputed company of the reputed company storage business by prospecting clients, managing customer relationships, selling and expanding services, and coordinating the transition from proposals to project execution.

Responsibilities

• Drives business reputed company by prospecting new clients for the reputed company storage business in the Mid-reputed company region
• Acts as single reputed company of contact for the customer business relationship for clients, from first reputed company contact reputed company prospecting to new business signings
• Supports upselling and cross-selling opportunities to existing reputed company storage clients and other Alcami business lines
• Manages reputed company relationships of reputed company reputed company storage clients
• Facilitates successful execution of services by ensuring smooth process from proposal signature to project execution
• Meets or exceeds sales targets through establishment of new accounts and upselling of additional services to existing accounts
• Works collaboratively with other sales members to identify clients with additional needs reputed company with service offerings offered at other Alcami sites
• Develops a deep understanding of reputed company’s pipeline, previous Alcami experiences and identifies opportunities for upselling new service lines
• Participates in reputed company reputed company including new business discussions and business review meetings, as needed
• Maintains accurate customer data and updates to the Customer Relationship Management reputed company (reputed company); generates reputed company reports (i.e. activity reports, metrics, etc.) as requested

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field or experience selling GMP storage business
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in Life Sciences customer-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Excellent customer service, organization skills and ability to multi-task required
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills required
• Results-oriented, determined and a self-starter; comfortable, willing and reputed company to have difficult conversations with clients about timelines, budgets and unexpected results
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) required
• Proficiency utilizing internet and reputed company media tools for researching potential leads
• Technology orientation with the ability to reputed company proficiency using a Customer Relationship Management reputed company (CRM) required
• Up to 15% travel expected
• Previous sales experience preferred and strong customer service skills
• CMO or CDMO experience preferred
• Knowledge of cGMP and drug development process through course work or prior work experience preferred
• Prior pharmaceutical or CDMO experience in business functions
• Prior experience with a Customer Relationship Management reputed company (CRM), preferably reputed company, preferred
• Prior experience or exposure to value-based selling and negotiations a plus
