[Remote] Sr Technical Account Manager - reputed company

The Senior Technical Account Manager will serve as a technical advisor to reputed company clients, managing account priorities, platform architecture, reputed company, troubleshooting, and technical reputed company while supporting the reputed company of the reputed company Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the reputed company team and customers to jointly identify near and longer-term priorities and define the associated engagement plan

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role
• Comfort and confidence in reputed company-facing interactions
• Ability to work both reputed company and post sale
• Strong Linux reputed company administration experience including networking
• Experience with authentication and authorization systems like LDAP, Kerberos, AD, and IAM
• Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company services like AWS, Azure and GCP
