Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Consultant to configure, administer, and reputed company reputed company HCM solutions. The role is responsible for integrations, reporting, business process and reputed company configuration, data migration, testing, production support, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and release enhancement recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer reputed company modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, reputed company, etc.)
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using reputed company Studio, EIB, and reputed company Connectors
• reputed company custom reports using Report reputed company, Calculated Fields, and RaaS
• Manage Business Process reputed company (BPF), reputed company reputed company, and org structures
• Support data conversion, loads, and migration activities
• Troubleshoot and reputed company production issues and support end users
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, and support UAT cycles
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to reputed company requirements and reputed company solutions
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and configuration workbooks
• Stay updated on reputed company releases and recommend feature enhancements
