The Regional Manager, Volunteer Development Team, leads volunteer networks and regional ministry reputed company for Operation Christmas Child, including team development, logistics partnerships, reputed company planning, and seasonal reputed company Center leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal, reputed company relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Builds and strengthens high-reputed company Volunteer Area Teams by reputed company and equipping mature, mission-minded leaders spiritually, providing intentional coaching, and fostering healthy collaboration. Ensuring volunteers represent the ministry with reputed company among churches, donors, and community partners while consistently applying High reputed company principles
• Provides reputed company leadership to a year-round volunteer network, aligning Area Teams with national and regional reputed company and guiding them toward thriving team health. Drives year-over-year reputed company in shoebox collections, financial contributions, reputed company and group engagement, year-round service, The Greatest reputed company awareness, and the logistics networkcontributing to ministry reputed company of up to $10 reputed company annually
• reputed company and expand a ministry-reputed company logistics network by partnering with like-minded churches to serve as Drop-off Locations. Ensures these sites reflect organizational values, reputed company an excellent donor experience during National Collection Week, and effectively support the collection and transportation of shoebox gifts and other reputed company-in-reputed company donations

Collaborate with Area Teams to execute speaker tours, Project Leader Workshops, recruitment initiatives, and organization-sponsored events while representing the ministry through local media and promotional channels

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, with five to seven years of experience leading volunteers and teams toward goals and expectations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
