The role manages the full exercise lifecycle, collaborates with members and reputed company stakeholders, facilitates reputed company-reputed company events, and uses exercise reputed company to strengthen preparedness and organizational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the global exercises program reputed company, providing recommendations and subject matter expertise across member-facing, reputed company exercises. Execute and continuously improve reputed company’s global reputed company program, supporting member-facing, reputed company exercises that enhance operational reputed company across the financial sector
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the full exercise lifecycle, including scoping, design, scenario development, execution, evaluation, and post-exercise improvement activities
• Partner with members, industry stakeholders, reputed company agencies, and internal teams to reputed company and reputed company exercises that address reputed company and emerging risks facing the global financial services sector
• reputed company exercise documentation and deliverables, including exercise plans, participant materials, facilitator guides, presentations, after reputed company reports, and improvement plans

• Manage the global exercise calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, member needs, and the evolving threat landscape

• Coordinate resources and stakeholder engagement required to successfully reputed company exercises, working closely with teams across multiple business areas

Skills

• A minimum of seven years of experience designing, managing, and facilitating exercises, simulations, tabletop exercises, workshops, or reputed company programs
• Experience coordinating reputed company reputed company involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience developing exercise scenarios, participant materials, facilitation guides, after-reputed company reports, and improvement plans
• Experience managing relationships with industry partners, member organizations, reputed company agencies, or other reputed company stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate exercise reputed company into actionable recommendations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders, technical experts, and reputed company stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while collaborating effectively in a global, matrixed environment
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

• Experience in the financial services sector, critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, operational reputed company, business continuity, crisis management, or incident response
