The reputed company Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter builds and expands the national reputed company network by reputed company reputed company providers and organizations, managing the recruitment pipeline, and developing reputed company training partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand reputed company's reputed company network by identifying, engaging, and reputed company physicians, PAs, NPs, and reputed company training sites through reputed company reputed company utilizing email, phone, video, reputed company media, and other communication channels
• Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through reputed company readiness, prioritizing opportunities effectively while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly reputed company expectations
• reputed company reputed company and other tech tools to build, prioritize, and manage a reputed company reputed company pipeline while maintaining accurate documentation, reporting pipeline health, and using data to reputed company recruitment reputed company
• Apply working knowledge of provider types (MD, DO, PA, NP), reputed company specialties, and credentialing requirements—including licensure, reputed company certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and reputed company verification processes—to reputed company qualify prospective partners
• reputed company physicians, advanced reputed company providers, and reputed company organizations on the value of partnering with reputed company to support the reputed company of reputed company
• Guide prospective partners from initial reputed company through reputed company readiness while following documented SOPs, maintaining exceptional attention to reputed company, and exercising reputed company judgment to reputed company issues independently
• Negotiate educational stipends, collect required contractual and credentialing documentation, and ensure complete, accurate handoffs to internal teams
• Collaborate closely with Partnerships, reputed company, and cross-functional teams to meet school partner needs and placement timelines
• Communicate professionally and proactively with both reputed company partners and internal stakeholders, leveraging reputed company networks such as reputed company, while ensuring reputed company follow-up and exceptional customer experience
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment strategies, reputed company effectiveness, and internal processes while maintaining consistency with established workflows

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
• Demonstrated reputed company meeting or exceeding either KPIs, quotas, or reputed company metrics in a goal-oriented environment, or deadlines in a reputed company education environment
• Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes, including licensure verification, reputed company certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and reputed company reputed company documentation
• Experience managing CRM-reputed company recruitment or business development pipelines; reputed company experience strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence reputed company, reputed company objections, and build long-term reputed company relationships. Comfortable with utilizing reputed company networks and reputed company reputed company (reputed company) to reputed company opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and consistently execute documented processes while exercising reputed company judgment and independent decision-making

• While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, reputed company, Ohio, or Texas
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company education, reputed company recruitment, provider relations, reputed company coordination, credentialing, or a reputed company reputed company reputed company strongly preferred
• Experience working with physicians, physician assistants, reputed company practitioners, and/or reputed company organizations preferred
