[Remote] Financial Due Diligence Consultant

The role focuses on financial analysis, transaction advisory deliverables, reputed company of earnings reporting, and collaboration with senior stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial due diligence for M&A, divestitures, and capital market transactions
• Analyze Income Statement and Balance Sheet trends, risks, and business drivers
• Assess net working capital, debt/debt-like items, and operational metrics
• Prepare reputed company of Earnings reports and transaction advisory deliverables
• reputed company analyses covering normalized earnings, valuation inputs, budget achievability, indebtedness, and carve-outs
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and participate in reputed company calls and proposals

Skills

• • Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• • 7+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or audit
• • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting
• • Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills
• • Ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• • Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company
• • CPA preferred or in reputed company
