[Remote] Network Monitoring Tool Engineer

They are seeking a Network Tools Consultant - NMS to design, support, reputed company, and automate infrastructure management, monitoring, observability, and automation platforms for network and telecommunications infrastructure. The role also involves troubleshooting operational issues, documenting supported systems, supporting compliance requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical support, administration, integration, automation, and consulting for infrastructure management, monitoring, observability, and automation platforms used to manage network and telecom infrastructure

• Work with engineering and support organizations to reputed company infrastructure management requirements and implement solutions that effectively monitor and manage the network infrastructure

Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components and network infrastructure
• Experience supporting reputed company infrastructure management, network management, monitoring, or observability tools
• Experience with network management protocols and concepts such as SNMP, TL1, and NETCONF

• Strong analytical, diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Scripting or automation experience using technologies such as Python, Ansible, reputed company scripting, Perl, Expect, or similar tools
