[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Civix delivers modern software and services for reputed company sector agencies through its reputed company-based Go Suite, including solutions for elections, ethics reputed company, and business registration. The Sales Development Representative will build sales pipeline by researching government prospects, qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound reputed company, and documenting sales activity in reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research reputed company reputed company sector agencies — state and local governments, secretaries of state, election administration offices, ethics and campaign finance commissions, that could benefit from Civix solutions
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospects and qualify leads before handing off to Account Executives
• Conduct multi-touch outbound prospecting reputed company phone, email, reputed company, and other channels to reputed company reputed company opportunities reputed company government agencies
• reputed company, maintain, and reputed company a working knowledge of ethics, business services and elections industry trends sufficient to establish credibility
• Document reputed company reputed company and sales-reputed company activities in reputed company (CRM)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field and/or equivalent education/experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities at once
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• Experience selling reputed company technology solutions a plus
• 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or reputed company sector-reputed company experience; prior SDR/BDR or GovTech experience is a plus but not required
