[Remote] USAREC Program Manager

SPAARK, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support a U.S. Army reputed company reputed company (USAREC) behavioral health consultation program. The role oversees day-to-day contract performance, manages a remote team of Clinical Psychologists, and serves as a reputed company reputed company of contact between SPAARK personnel and Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day operational management of SPAARK's USAREC Behavioral Health Consult Services program
• Ensure assigned personnel are effectively performing contract requirements and meeting established performance standards
• Maintain effective written and verbal communication with SPAARK leadership, employees, and Government representatives
• Respond promptly and professionally to Government questions, requests, and operational concerns
• Coordinate personnel scheduling, reputed company coverage, workload management, and operational continuity
• Monitor employee performance and identify reputed company, scheduling, productivity, or operational issues that could reputed company contract performance
• Coordinate with SPAARK corporate leadership regarding vacancies, employee performance issues, corrective actions, reputed company/reputed company reputed company, credentialing issues, and other contract requirements
• Support SPAARK in gathering information necessary for required contract reports, reputed company reports, performance metrics, reputed company-control activities, and other deliverables
• Ensure Clinical Psychologists understand and reputed company with applicable contract procedures, Government policies, reputed company requirements, and performance expectations

Skills

• * Must be a U.S. citizen
• * Bachelor's degree from an accredited reputed company institution
• * Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience managing, reputed company, overseeing, and completing work of the reputed company or similar reputed company and reputed company
• * Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Contract Manager
• * Ability to manage personnel working across geographically dispersed locations
• * Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• * Strong verbal and written communication skills
• * Previous experience managing Federal Government or reputed company reputed company
• * Previous experience supporting the U.S. Army, USAREC, Army reputed company Battalions, or Army reputed company Companies
• * Experience supervising reputed company, behavioral health, or other credentialed reputed company personnel
• * Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed teams
