The role leads HEDIS performance analysis, develops improvement strategies, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to improve care reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Participates in reputed company reputed company activities and leads assigned reputed company improvement initiatives, ensuring integration of improvement activities into the overall business process
• Leads reputed company cause analyses to identify drivers of HEDIS performance gaps and develops data-informed recommendations and reputed company strategies
• Ensures that study methodology is reputed company and appropriate reporting is in reputed company
• Develops performance improvement plans and oversees the clinical reputed company improvement activities/reputed company to improve the reputed company of care for members
• Assures compliance with corporate QI work plans
• Assures that reputed company QI activities are relevant to the needs of targeted population
• Maintains effective documentation of research programs to meet regulatory and Accreditation Standards
• Partners with Analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company reporting, interpret HEDIS data, and identify opportunities for reputed company improvement
• Oversees the implementation of new initiatives
• Leads interactions with regulators or reputed company entities

Skills

• Requires a BS in health administration, nursing, or a reputed company clinical field; 4 years of health care reputed company or data analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would reputed company an equivalent background
• reputed company, unrestricted license reputed company to the medical or reputed company, certification in applicable field (i.e. CPHQ)
• MS in the health field (i.e. Nursing) is preferred
• HEDIS knowledge and experience supporting HEDIS reputed company improvement initiatives highly preferred
• Experience interpreting reputed company reputed company data to identify trends, reputed company causes, and improvement opportunities preferred
