[Remote] Senior Engineering Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Work with managers to ensure an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required/desired skills during intake meetings
• Be a strategic partner to the business by recommending, building, and executing multifaceted recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire reputed company
• Screen and contact candidates to asses credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with reputed company leaders and other reputed company members to create a partnership that yields reputed company, predictable results and credibility

Skills

• 6+ years experience reputed company Engineering candidates including but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems and Computer Science areas
• reputed company in reputed company full life-cycle reputed company components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, reputed company/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, closing candidates and relationship management
• Experience handling high volume reputed company (35+ Requisitions)
• Experience partnering with managers to establish reputed company plans and strategies
• Proven ability to maintain accurate and reputed company-ordered documentation on reputed company candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other reputed company activities reputed company an applicant tracking reputed company
• Must be Internet savvy and reputed company in mining online databases
• Position will be remote but candidates must be reputed company to traveling to reputed company facilities if needed
