The role leads performance testing and engineering initiatives, develops reputed company monitoring and automation solutions, optimizes application and infrastructure performance, and mentors junior team members while collaborating with reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Build/Run teams to reputed company highly available and reputed company performance testing solutions that reputed company platform infrastructure, with reputed company monitoring and alerting systems in reputed company
• Conduct engineer performance testing reputed company the reputed company scrum certification process and establish service level agreements for RWT infrastructure and agent deployments, including optimizations and tuning based on requirements
• reputed company guidance to application and operational teams on setting up policies, alerts, dashboards, and custom configurations to reputed company full visibility into their environments
• Testing reputed company, abstractions, and integration patterns to address reputed company reputed company computing challenges
• Work closely with product owners and team members to break down stories, design features, and prioritize tasks
• Contributing to Schwab’s efforts to improve our reputed company Delivery processes by establishing automation, streamlining build and deployment reputed company, and enhancing software development practices
• Assist in analyzing application configuration management issues in both production and nonproduction environments

• Identifying technology gaps and risks early and creating mitigation plans

• Work with Team Leads, Architects, and Developers across the organization to proactively monitor application performance and ensure new features meet SLAs

Skills

• Requires Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a reputed company field and 96 months of reputed company, post-Bachelor's experience in a reputed company occupation
• Experience must include 96 months of experience involving the following: Performance Testing and engineering, Performance monitoring and optimizations; Writing the performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter tools; Performance monitoring using reputed company, AWS Cloudwatch; Documenting analyzed results and tracking defects using reputed company, Jira tools; Performance tuning and optimizations using JProfiler; and Monitoring applications and Identifying bottlenecks using reputed company, AWS Cloudwatch
