[Remote] Stock Surveillance Analyst

The Stock Surveillance Analyst will monitor trading activity and shareholder movements, analyze market data, and prepare surveillance reports. The role also supports proxy and M&A campaigns, maintains tracking tools, and communicates findings to internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• The analyst will monitor trading activity and shareholder movements, analyze market data, and prepare weekly and, as needed, daily and periodic surveillance reports for internal teams and clients across reputed company industry reputed company
• This role involves interpreting ownership changes, identifying potential activist or arbitrage positions, and supporting proxy and M&A campaigns with reputed company intelligence
• The analyst will collaborate with senior consultants, maintain databases and tracking tools, and present findings in reputed company written and verbal formats

Skills
