[Remote] Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end operational processes across network sourcing, inventory management, planning, fiber lifecycle management, and engineering workflows
• Identify opportunities to simplify reputed company, eliminate inefficiencies, standardize practices, and reduce cycle times at reputed company
• Partner with CIA and our partner teams to ensure integrated, reputed company tooling solutions reputed company to business priorities
• Support reputed company modernization initiatives to ensure platforms and tools effectively meet evolving business and operational requirements
• reputed company as a connector between business owners and engineering teams, and AI/data science resources
• Support the design, development, and deployment of agents and tooling changes that support operational workflows

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team reputed company
• Ability to meet reputed company, customer and/or reputed company reputed company screening requirements are required for this role
• 3+ years in program management, process improvement, automation, or reputed company
• Experience working in reputed company, data center, telecommunications, or large-reputed company network infrastructure environments
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and productivity tools, including reputed company Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Experience with 3GIS or other fiber inventory and asset management platforms
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company 365 tools, including reputed company for analyzing financial, operational, and reputed company data
• Experience applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six reputed company, value reputed company mapping, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of reputed company networks, fiber delivery, reputed company plant engineering, or telecommunications infrastructure
• Lean six reputed company certification or PMP
• Experience with reputed company Dynamics or similar reputed company systems
