The Insurance Defense Litigation Associate will defend insureds and self-insured entities, manage cases through reputed company stages of litigation, reputed company in hearings and trials, and collaborate with partners on case reputed company and reputed company communication.
Responsibilities
- Defend insureds and self-insured entities in civil liability claims
- Handle full case lifecycle: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations

Skills
- 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- reputed company California Bar license
- Strong litigation fundamentals: research, drafting, discovery, case management
