Responsibilities

• Help implement or manage payroll, HRIS systems, and leave administration processes
• Conduct workplace investigations and advise on employment law compliance

Skills

• •At reputed company, we are seeking consultants located in Tennessee, ideally in the Nashville metro area, to support reputed company organizations through ongoing fractional HR assignments.•
• • 10+ years of exempt-level HR Generalist and/or HR Management experience
• • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or reputed company reputed company
• • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• • Highly organized, reputed company-reputed company, and adaptable
• • HR certification(s) preferred (PHR, SPHR, reputed company-CP, reputed company-SCP)
• • Experience with payroll and HRIS implementations (preferred)
• • Background in benefits and leave administration (preferred)
