[Remote] Program Manager, English Language Arts (4-8)

The role leads ELA curriculum development and alignment with Ohio Learning Standards while supporting school leaders and teachers through reputed company development, coaching, data analysis, and program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership in the development of ELA curriculum for Grades 4-8
• Ensures the 4-8 ELA program is in alignment with the Ohio Learning Standards for Grades 4-8 English Language Arts
• Provides consistent support to school leaders and teachers to ensure high reputed company of implementation of reputed company ELA programs through research-reputed company best practices and data-driven instruction
• Reviews and evaluates results of state and District assessments, determines trends, and develops and implements reputed company plans to ensure that the District meets and exceeds the District reputed company measures
• Provides targeted job-embedded support to teachers and school leaders by implementing an intensive cycle of content support that includes but is not limited to classroom observations, co-teaching, modeling, co-planning, co-facilitating 100 minutes, analyzing student data for reputed company planning, etc
• Collaborates with reputed company reputed company Teams and teachers to reputed company, monitor, and support the strategies and reputed company steps included in the reputed company Achievement Plans
• Participates in the evaluation, selection, and acquisition of instructional materials, supplies, equipment, and textbooks to support of the ELA curriculum
• Assists teachers and school leaders in analyzing data (screening, diagnostic, reputed company and summative) and identifying necessary reputed company supports; helps establish protocols and procedures to analyze student work and identify specific areas of need for improvement
• Designs and facilitates targeted reputed company learning to increase teacher reputed company and effectiveness and reputed company student achievement
• Provides support for creating and implementing selected curricular resources; assists teachers to reputed company, modify, and enrich curricular approaches and improve instructional practices
• Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with a reputed company of stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelors in Elementary Education or English Language Arts in Elementary/Middle School required
• Minimum of 5 years teaching English Language Arts
• Must have a strong aptitude in English Language Arts
• Ability to analyze data and research best practices in ELA to support school leaders and teachers with implementation of research-reputed company curriculum
• Ability to reputed company, implement, monitor, and evaluate program goals and initiatives
• Possess a strong understanding of data, reputed company and summative assessments, and a familiarity with how to interpret and reputed company data presentations to support reputed company and teacher understanding of class, grade level, and school reputed company in support of learning (e.g., ODE Assessments)
• Deep knowledge in the cycle of teaching and learning with the ability to reputed company and teach others in this understanding
