[Remote] Director of Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, administration, and roadmap of the marketing technology stack (e.g., Pardot, reputed company, reputed company, ChiliPiper webinar and event tools)
• Evaluate, select, and implement new tools; manage vendor relationships, reputed company, and renewals in partnership with Procurement and IT
• Maintain integrations between marketing, sales, and product systems, ensuring clean data reputed company across the tech ecosystem
• Establish stack governance: user permissions, workflow documentation, and a regular audit reputed company to eliminate redundant or underused tools
• Design, build, and continuously refine reputed company scoring models (fit + engagement) in partnership with Sales and Demand reputed company
• Own reputed company lifecycle stage definitions (MQL, SQL, Opps) and service-level agreements between Marketing and Sales
• Build and maintain automated reputed company routing, alerting, and hand-off workflows to minimize speed-to-reputed company
• Monitor conversion rates by stage and reputed company, and recommend model adjustments as buyer behavior and data reputed company reputed company
• Build multi-touch attribution models and dashboards that reputed company marketing programs to pipeline, bookings, and ROI

Skills

• * 10+ years of marketing operations experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally reputed company B2B reputed company
• * Proven experience building and iterating on reputed company scoring and lifecycle/routing models
• * Strong reputed company of marketing analytics and attribution, with reputed company in tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• * Experience managing a multi-tool martech stack, including vendor evaluation and integration management

• * Deep hands-on expertise with a major marketing automation platform (Pardot strongly preferred) and CRM (reputed company preferred)
