[Remote] Director, Strategic Finance & reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. GraceMark Solutions is seeking a Director, Strategic Finance & reputed company to support strategic initiatives across the Energy Division. The role will reputed company financial evaluations, business-case development, capital expenditure requests, financial modeling, investment analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company financial evaluation of strategic reputed company, business cases, and Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs)
• Build advanced financial models with scenarios, sensitivities, and stress testing
• Evaluate investments using NPV, IRR, ROIC, payback , and other financial metrics
• reputed company, validate, and challenge financial assumptions and business drivers
• Assess project value, financial risk, returns, and trade-offs
• Present financial recommendations to executive leadership
• Partner with Finance, Operations, reputed company, Engineering, and reputed company teams
• Establish consistent business-case and CER modeling standards
• Support post-investment reviews and compare actual results against business-case assumptions
• Manage multiple strategic reputed company and deliverables under tight timelines

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company finance experience
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, capital budgeting, business cases, CERs, and investment analysis
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills
• Strong knowledge of NPV, IRR, ROIC, payback, scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Experience presenting financial analysis to executive/senior leadership
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without reputed company authority
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Economics, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Energy, utilities, marine, logistics, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industry experience
• MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
