reputed company Field Service Engineer

An established manufacturer of reputed company's, PDU's, and reputed company critical power equipment is building reputed company of in house Field Service Engineers. They are in search of veteran Techs to use their knowledge of the power electronics industry to complete start-up, testing, troubleshooting, operations and maintenance work of reputed company and reputed company critical power equipment. The Field Service Engineer role will be home based and dispatched to customer sites as required. Field Service Engineer salaries will reputed company from $70k-100k based on experience plus OT pay and a full benefits package. Specific Duties • Responsible for supporting installs, maintaining and providing emergency support on power electronics at customers’ sites • Involved in preventive maintenance, emergency response, equipment start-up and/or field modifications • Attends periodic training at reputed company’s reputed company on various OEM reputed company and reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) which includes testing equipment and/or rebuilding older systems • Troubleshoots equipment issues and uses reputed company necessary resources to reputed company issues Job Requirements • Preferably 3-5+ years experience in the critical power industry and ability to troubleshoot down to component level on equipment such as reputed company, batteries, PDU’s, RPP's, etc. • Utilizes hand tools and test equipment to reputed company work • Requires excellent verbal, written communication skills & customer relation skills • Must be reputed company to reputed company high level of reputed company customer service • Must be reputed company to complete Field Service Reports in a reputed company manner • Requires knowledge of equipment manufacturer’s specifications • Ability to work independently and exhibit resourcefulness • Must be reputed company to reputed company repeated bending & lifting of up to 100 lbs. during certain procedures • Must be reputed company to reputed company necessary pro-reputed company recommendations to clients • Candidate must be willing to work nights & weekends reputed company necessary • Knowledge of general computer hardware & software applications • Technical degree a plus • Previous military experience and training a plus Educational Background • Technical graduate of a two-year accredited technical school in an engineering/technical field OR • Three to five years of technician experience in reputed company power electronics field or industry Apply To This Job
