Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize reputed company Sales reputed company and Service reputed company environments
• Manage user accounts, reputed company, permission sets, roles, reputed company settings, and overall platform governance
• reputed company a high volume of reputed company support tickets and reputed company end-user support, troubleshooting, and training
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements and reputed company reputed company reputed company solutions
• Support data imports, exports, data cleansing, and ongoing reputed company maintenance activities
• Assist with reputed company integrations and minor enhancements utilizing Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on reputed company Administration experience

• Extensive experience resolving reputed company tickets, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end users
• Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company, governance, configuration, and platform best practices
• Experience with reputed company reputed company, automation tools, reporting, dashboards, and data management
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, integrations, and reputed company
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and requirements-gathering skills
