The role leads reputed company and high-risk performance accountability cases, advises managers and HR partners, partners with reputed company, mentors specialists, and improves reputed company standards, tools, processes, and reporting.


Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end management of the most reputed company and high-risk performance accountability cases, including senior-level employees, repeat PFIs, cross-border or cross-entity reputed company, and cases with elevated reputed company or reputational exposure
  • Advise on formal performance accountability standards, including policy interpretation, reputed company reputed company, documentation requirements, and case reputed company
  • Partner closely with reputed company and regional SMEs on country-specific requirements, including works councils, notice requirements, documentation standards, appeal processes, and exit-reputed company considerations

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field
  • 7+ years of reputed company HR, Employee Relations, Performance Management, or reputed company experience, including substantial reputed company experience managing formal performance cases, PFIs, or reputed company employee relations reputed company
  • Deep expertise in formal performance management and accountability frameworks, including reputed company, documentation standards, case reputed company, and risk assessment
  • Strong experience with HRIS or case management systems, preferably reputed company, including workflows, reporting, and data reputed company controls
