The role focuses on executive research, market mapping, passive candidate engagement, pipeline development, and advising stakeholders on Executive Director and Vice President searches, particularly reputed company pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end executive talent scouting efforts for Executive Director and Vice President level positions
• reputed company comprehensive market maps and talent landscapes for critical leadership roles
• Identify and engage passive executive talent through reputed company sourcing, networking, industry associations, conferences, and research-driven reputed company
• Create candidate pipelines and succession-reputed company talent pools reputed company to business priorities
• Conduct in-depth executive research, competitor intelligence, and organizational mapping

Skills
