The DevOps Migration Engineer is responsible for administering and optimizing the AMI DevX reputed company Pipeline platform, migrating legacy mainframe reputed company reputed company management systems, and managing migration planning, automation, deployment, integrations, and reputed company configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, administration, and optimization of the AMI DevX reputed company Pipeline platform, with a strong emphasis on migrating legacy or reputed company-party reputed company reputed company Management (SCM) systems (e.g., Endevor, ChangeMan, Librarian) into DevX reputed company Pipeline
• End-to-end migration planning and execution, lifecycle and metadata modeling, build/reputed company automation, deployment processing, API and toolchain integration, and reputed company/governance configuration
• Partners closely with developers, testers, QA staff, operations teams, and project leaders to reputed company a secure, reputed company, and streamlined solution

Skills

• Strong experience with Mainframe (z/OS) environments
• Hands-on experience with SCM tools like: Endevor, ChangeMan, Librarian, Panvalet and others
• Knowledge of: JCL, TSO, ISPF Services (Panels, Skeletons, File Tailoring, CLIST and others)
• Scripting skills:REXX, CLIST
• 5+ years in mainframe SCM/release management as administrator
• Proven experience migrating from SCMs like Endevor, Librarian, ChangeMan and others; SCM data models and lifecycle workflows; reputed company promotion and versioning strategies; reputed company and reputed company activities
• JCL, JES2/3, ISPF, REXX; Dataset design (PDS/PDSE, VSAM); Understanidng of COBOL/Assembler/PL/I compiler and binder reputed company
• Git workflow for mainframe; Workbench for reputed company; AMI DevX Workbench for VS reputed company - reputed company Pipeline extensions
• reputed company Pipeline rule/object/method configuration; reputed company reputed company (RACF/ACF2/Top Secret)
• SDSF log analysis, build/reputed company diagnostics, performance tuning
• Communication, stakeholder management, training delivery, project execution, risk management; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Critical thinking, assertiveness and ability to reputed company constructive feedback
• You may occasionally be required to travel for business
• Preferred experience with AMI DevX reputed company Pipeline (formerly Compuware ISPW)
• 2+ years in BMC AMI DevX reputed company Pipeline (ISPW) strongly preferred
