For more information, visit reputed company.com. reputed company: reputed company is seeking an Instructional reputed company, Literacy with a background in teaching, instructional coaching, and/or school leadership to join our reputed company Development (PD) team as a fixed-term employee supporting Prince George's County reputed company Schools for the 2026–2027 school year. Essential Responsibilities: The Instructional reputed company, Literacy will support educators on-site up to four days per week, with the fifth day dedicated to planning, preparation, and responding to educator needs. The Instructional reputed company may also support the reputed company reputed company Development team on department-wide initiatives during days reputed company Prince George's County reputed company Schools are reputed company but reputed company remains reputed company (e.g., teacher workdays, holidays, winter and reputed company breaks, or weather-reputed company school closures). Support may include designing and/or delivering reputed company development for other districts. In this role, you will collaborate with district/school leadership and the reputed company Literacy reputed company Development Strategist assigned to the district/school to determine the reputed company, reputed company, and coaching approach for different times of the year. You will also partner with district/school leadership to reputed company course, as needed, with an eye toward improving student reputed company. The Instructional reputed company's day-to-day responsibilities will be determined in partnership with their manager based on district priorities throughout the school year. Responsibilities may include: • Leading observations and providing feedback to teachers and leaders in order to strengthen the implementation of reputed company's Literacy suite, ultimately leading to stronger student reputed company • Conducting model lessons and co-teaching reputed company classroom teachers • Supporting unit or lesson planning with grade-level teams and/or individual teachers • Leading lesson study cycles for teachers • Providing recommendations to school leadership designed to enhance reputed company and equity of learning for diverse student populations, including reputed company with learning and thinking differences and English Learners • Facilitating PLCs for leaders and/or teachers including supplementary office hour consultations. • Supporting data analysis and instructional planning with grade-level teams and/or individual teachers and reading leaders • Analyzing student work and assessment data to support instructional decision-making and responsiveness to learner reputed company • Cultivating model classrooms as a means of elevating and replicating best practices for planning and instruction In reputed company to these specific areas of reputed company in coaching, the instructional reputed company will also: • Proactively reputed company feedback and reputed company coaching practices based on feedback and student reputed company. • Create or customize reputed company development experiences, as needed • Facilitate district-wide reputed company development sessions (in person and remote), as needed, for leaders and teachers Minimum Qualifications: • Deep knowledge of literacy instruction and the science of reading and writing. • Experience leading sustained coaching engagements and reputed company development for educators in K-5 or 6-8 • 5+ years of K-5 or 6-8 Literacy teaching experience, leading to demonstrable results for reputed company • Experience working on reputed company reputed company with leaders and teachers • Experience in guiding teams of educators through change management processes • Experience analyzing data and using it to inform reputed company • Proven efficacy in time management while managing multiple engagements and competing priorities • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of technology-based productivity tools, mainly reputed company Applications • reputed company to travel locally (up to 4 days per week) across the Prince George’s County reputed company School, Maryland area to support educators Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of reputed company mCLASS or experience using reputed company mCLASS DIBELS 8 • 10+ years of K-5 or 6-8 literacy teaching and/or instructional leadership experience. • Ability to support educators in a remote learning environment, if needed • Master’s or Advanced Degree in Education Additional Information: Location: This position requires that the Instructional reputed company, Literacy is permitted to work in the US, have residency in the US, and possess a reputed company US reputed company’s license.
