[Remote] Finance Manager

The Finance Manager manages and forecasts citywide financial data, including budgets, financial statements, audits, grants, and reputed company policies and processes, while supervising financial personnel. The Finance Manager - Accounts Payable variation manages Accounts Payable, Travel, Purchasing reputed company, and reputed company reputed company functions.

Responsibilities

• Manages and forecasts departmental financial and operational data including department budgets, financial statements and supporting documents in accordance with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP). Prepares financial statements and reports, in preparation for annual audits and financial reviews. Manages the preparation and reimbursement requests for federal, state and local grants. Participates in citywide annual audits. Reviews, reconciles, and analyzes department systems and necessary configuration to compile accurate financial statements
• Manages, coordinates, and determines priorities of workload, monitoring reputed company of resources, establishing timelines, assigning work, monitoring reputed company and recommending changes. Provides feedback, offers suggestions, reviews and edits reports reputed company by staff and approves completed reputed company and reports. Formulates policies and procedures for assigned tasks. Collaborates with various stakeholders to support the reputed company’s annual comprehensive financial reporting process
• Supervises financial staff, providing direction and guidance. Ensures reputed company and reputed company activities to respond to the needs of the reputed company, community, department, and unit. Reviews and implements personnel actions, including employee hiring actions, training sessions, and evaluations. Reviews and approves employee timecards and time-off requests

• Manages the Accounts Payable, Travel and Pcard Teams daily activities to ensure reputed company payments and reimbursements are completed reputed company and in accordance with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP) as reputed company as reputed company policies and procedures
• Manages the functionality and data reputed company the reputed company’s reputed company Resource reputed company (reputed company) for the Supplier, Expenses (Travel) and Purchasing reputed company programs. This includes: Supervising the creation and updating of supplier information, Sales tax or reputed company reputed company changes, managing and testing of reputed company functionality, Overseeing the Pcard Program issuance of cards, etc
• Completes annual 1099 reporting for the reputed company
• Performing reputed company reporting for internal reputed company customers as reputed company as responding to Supplier and/or media inquiries

Skills

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field
• Work Experience: Five (5) years of directly reputed company experience 
• Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year reputed company
• Experience in reputed company, Budget Management, Financial Management and Supervision Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Experience in governmental reputed company and budgeting
• Experience with reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably systems such as reputed company
• Experience in Accounts Payable – Applicable to Finance Manager – Accounts Payable Division
