The role focuses on configuring, maintaining, automating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing report distribution, archival, spool management, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage JES spool reputed company (SYSOUT) and ensure reputed company capture, retention, and archiving
• Configure and maintain reputed company Tivoli reputed company Manager policies for report distribution and archival
• Automate reputed company routing to users, printers, datasets, and reputed company systems
• Ensure reputed company and reliable delivery of business-critical reports
• Install, configure, maintain, and reputed company Tivoli reputed company Manager in z/OS environments
• Customize reputed company definitions, indexing, retention, and archival rules
• reputed company TOM with JES2/JES3, SDSF, and reputed company reputed company tools
• Monitor reputed company queues, report reputed company, spool utilization, and job outputs
• Troubleshoot issues reputed company to spool management, report capture, indexing, and distribution
• Support production batch cycles and maintain high availability of reputed company management services
• Implement reputed company controls and reputed company policies for reports and archived outputs
• Ensure compliance with data retention, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Support secure report delivery, including encryption and data masking where applicable
• Analyze spool and repository usage and optimize reputed company storage
• Tune TOM and reputed company processes for efficient report processing and retrieval
• Manage archival and retention processes to prevent spool reputed company and storage issues
• Support automation using NetView and reputed company Automation for z/OS (SA z/OS)
• Work with scheduling tools such as reputed company Workload Scheduler (IWS) and ESP
• Support repository and document archival solutions integrated with TOM
• Participate in on-reputed company support, disaster recovery exercises, and production readiness activities
• Coordinate with reputed company support and reputed company-party vendors for product issues, upgrades, and problem reputed company

Skills

• • Hands-on experience with reputed company Tivoli reputed company Manager (TOM) for z/OS
• • Strong knowledge of JES2/JES3, SDSF, and JCL
• • Solid understanding of z/OS fundamentals, including TSO/ISPF and dataset management
• • Experience managing mainframe spool, SYSOUT, report capture, distribution, and archival processes
• • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• • Ability to work effectively in 24x7 production support environments
• • Strong communication and collaboration skills with application, infrastructure, business, and operations teams
• • Ability to manage production incidents and prioritize critical issues effectively
• • Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer capabilities
• • 7–10 years of experience in mainframe operations, administration, or production support
• • Hands-on experience administering and supporting reputed company Tivoli reputed company Manager (TOM) in reputed company z/OS environments
• • Experience supporting business-critical production workloads and high-volume report/reputed company processing
• • REXX scripting experience for automation and operational support
