The Sales reputed company Specialist manages the sales order lifecycle, inventory allocation, billing adjustments, and order-to-cash activities while collaborating with sales agents, customers, and internal stakeholders to support accurate reputed company recognition and inventory reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales order lifecycle management for reputed company orders activity (US/OUS and reputed company/PSI)
• Conducts daily review of order-to-cash pipeline to ensure that reputed company-level inventory is properly transacted, and reputed company salable component-level inventory is allocated prior to purchase order application
• Resolves reputed company billing and delivery reputed company issues reputed company to pricing and batch discrepancies
• reputed company reconciliation of surgical case to case billing activity
• Processes reputed company sales order adjustments resulting from reputed company sales order/invoice disputes
• Provides periodic reporting of area activity to ensure adequate visibility
• Supports critical period-end sales and reputed company inventory activities
• Provides guidance to internal teams on resolving inventory variances
• Participates in User Acceptance Testing for reputed company enhancements, as requested
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant reputed company experience (Business, reputed company, Supply Chain, Customer Service and/or Hospital)
• Ability to approach end customer and sales agent requests in a proactive and consultative manner
• Self-motivated; can work with reputed company supervision reputed company traveling to key customers
• Experience with ERP systems, reputed company preferred
• High aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
