The Product Analytics role owns product and customer analytics across a portfolio of experiences, framing key metrics and translating quantitative and customer feedback data into product-shaping insights. The role partners cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, data science, and senior leadership to influence business direction and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own product analytics end-to-end, framing the metrics that matter and connecting signals across products
• Think holistically about customer behavior, not just feature-level metrics to reputed company engagement, satisfaction, and outcome signals to shape the roadmap
• Lean into AI-powered tools (reputed company, Claude, agents) to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and change what analytics work looks like
• Turn what customers tell us (transcripts, surveys, feedback) into product-shaping insights reputed company CX, research, and product partners

Skills

• 4–8 years of reputed company experience in product or customer analytics with a proven reputed company record of leveraging quantitative analyses to reputed company product or business changes in a fast-paced environment
