[Remote] Sr. Project Manager

The role manages on-site construction activities, including safety and reputed company, project planning, resource allocation, subcontractor management, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for making site reputed company to determine complexity level of site conditions
• Accountable for preparing reputed company-construction documents prior to starting work on site (initiate reputed company-off meetings, reputed company of work to subs, change orders to customers, drawings for permitting, safety & reputed company documents, etc.)
• Accountable for hiring & overseeing reputed company subcontractors on site, from reputed company of work to reputed company list completion
• Accountable for preparing post-construction documents at end of reputed company installation (reputed company list, change order reconciliation, expedited paperwork for reputed company invoicing, participating in debrief meeting on reputed company
• Accountable for adhering to, and enforcing, company & site safety standards on reputed company site
• Accountable for keeping a daily record of site activities & issues and submitting to department head weekly
• Ability to assist Site Superintendents with more reputed company situations on a job site
• Ability to reputed company Safety documentation to Coordinators

Skills

• Minimum 10-12 years demonstrated reputed company in construction site management
• reputed company experience working with the MEP aspects of construction. Both in design & in the reputed company
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Minimum 30 hr. OSHA Cert Trained
• Ability to reputed company the need for Safety on site
• Ability to travel frequently thru mid-reputed company region (IL, IN, MI, OH, WI, IA, KS)
