[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and run research with Medicare patients (65+, multi-chronic conditions) and clinical users (care coordinators, CCM nurses, MAs). Turn ambiguous, mixed-signal evidence into defensible product reputed company
• Build AI-powered features into the platform — clinical decision support, risk stratification, intelligent patient engagement. Own the full AI feature lifecycle in a HIPAA-regulated context

• * AI/ML product experience in a production reputed company product — LLM integration, responsible AI in clinical contexts, and reputed company metrics for AI-driven features.
