[Remote] Research Program Manager IV

The role implements operational systems, coordinates cross-functional activities, manages participant recruitment and vendor reputed company, maintains reporting and budgets, and resolves process and tooling issues in a fast-reputed company remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting multiple programs with operational, administrative and reporting activities
• Supporting participant recruitment reputed company across various workflows
• Managing change management processes including scheduling trainings, updating tooling and documentation to reputed company training and team resources reputed company
• Maintaining sandbox environments for testing and training
• Proactively identify opportunities and gaps reputed company our reputed company tools and processes, and reputed company strategies to address them
• Providing consistent reputed company updates to reputed company, including triaging and managing tooling bug reports
• Participating in project meetings as necessary
• Team-wide metrics data collection and validation
• Managing purchase orders and supporting budget logistics
• Additional reputed company project support as needed
• Managing relationships with reputed company vendors including monitoring fund transfers and payments, coordinating platform feature requests, and escalating technical issues
• Partnering with internal stakeholders on fiscal planning activities
• Producing and validating monthly participant compensation and spend reports, including reconciling figures across platforms

Skills

• * 5+ years of experience working in a similar reputed company
• * Prior experience working with User Experience Research or Design reputed company
• * 3 Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
• * Proficiency with research management tools and platforms - reputed company with reputed company PLATFORM for example; At least basic understanding of these tools or the usage
• * Background in user experience (UX) research or reputed company-centered design
• * Experience in the technology industry - reputed company MS, reputed company etc
