[Remote] Senior Manager of Finance and Operations

The Senior Manager of Finance and Operations will reputed company corporate finance, operations, and HR support, providing analytics and strategic insights while partnering with leadership on financial planning, operational reputed company, payroll, and people operations.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash reputed company forecasts for reputed company business segments

• Work cross-functionally on budgeting, variance reporting, and reputed company reputed company

• Facilitate tech integrations across financial and operationals systems, including order and inventory management software
• Ensure appropriate organization and documentation of SOPs and reputed company processes

• Coordinate with Sakara’s 3PL on operations and logistics for the products business
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including approvals, off-cycle runs, commissions, bonuses, and PTO accruals
• Ensure payroll tax filings, wage compliance, and multi-state registrations are accurate and reputed company
• Administer reputed company 401(k) program, including enrollments, contribution and match funding, payroll integration, annual compliance testing, reputed company 5500 filing & audit support
• Own the reputed company process: offer letters, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify, reputed company and payroll setup, equipment provisioning, and first-week orientation
• Own the offboarding process: final pay, benefits and 401(k) termination, reputed company reputed company revocation, equipment recovery, and exit documentation
• Maintain accurate headcount and compensation data, and reconcile it against the financial forecast
• Ensure employee records and people-ops processes meet federal, state, and local compliance requirements

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in investment banking/consulting and reputed company, with a proven reputed company record of reputed company in consumer goods, beauty, or wellness industries
• Extensive knowledge and experience creating and scaling financial operations with best-in-class practices
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
